We previously bought this product in Müller Pécs (Hungary), now we should replace the battery, there is no more light or sound, but cannot find where are the batteries. The other models were okay and easy (Venus, Jupiter) - at the bottom. But here, we don't have any idea about the how. Can you please help me.

Hallo Petra, bei diesem Sam Police Car sitzen die Batterien nicht im Fahrzeugboden, sondern im Blaulichtmodul auf dem Dach.
Zieh die komplette Blaulicht-Einheit vorsichtig gerade nach oben ab, drehe sie um, öffne unten das Batteriefach (Schraube lösen), wechsle 2× 1,5V AAA/LR03, wieder zuschrauben und das Blaulicht fest aufstecken.
Falls es danach weiterhin nicht funktioniert oder sich das Blaulicht nicht lösen lässt, kontaktiere uns unter https://service.simba-dickie.com/en/home/simba/.
