Magnetpad

The Magnetpad turns drawing into a tactile board activity by using a magnetic pen to lift 120 small balls into place. Each line appears through direct contact between pen and board, so marks form one stroke at a time and the mechanism stays visible throughout the action. The board format keeps all drawing elements together in one surface, while the pen controls where the balls rise and where the image takes shape. Simple outlines, repeated patterns and first letter forms can be traced with deliberate hand movements, giving each mark a clear visual result. Because the balls sit inside the board, the drawing area stays self-contained during use. The magnetic action also makes it easy to change direction, repeat a line or build up a shape step by step with the same pen movement. On a table, on the floor or during a quiet play break, the Magnetpad supports short drawing sessions with a mechanism that can be seen and repeated straight away. Suitable from 3 years, it offers a focused way to explore lines, symbols and picture making through the movement of the magnetic pen.
